At CoreFit, our objective is functional fitness with a specialized training method we created called Integrated Core Intensity (ICI), which is the combination of high-intensity circuit training and power-endurance movements to boost post-exercise metabolic rates. Our goal is not merely creating the appearance of fitness, but creating an actual capacity of work loads to strengthen the body and confidence, which allows fitness to be transferred into daily life. We embrace traditional exercises, and continue to create and implement new ones. We're experienced, creative, inquisitive and experts in our field. There are no televisions, no machines, no comfortable spot to sit—and there are no mirrors. Just you, me and those next to you striving to pull the very best out of themselves to better their lives.

CoreFit classes integrate our unique and creative approach to fitness that mixes the outdoors with equipment for a total body workout. Each CoreFit program—CoreFit Standard, Rapid Results, Mom Fit—is designed to achieve immediate results. Our classes are kept small—10 to 15 people—in order for each individual to get the personal attention needed to reach their goals in a safe manner.
